Q.

son in law overstayed vistor visa and was deported

my daughter married a vistor from the UK 2 years ago. We did not know that we had to change his vistor status after they were married. He has been deported for overstaying his vistor status and I can not get anyone to talk to me about his case. he is detained in Pearsall now for 3 weeks. What steps do I need to take to get him legal to come back and how long will he have to stay in the UK after deported? I called his case worker and leave a message everyday. They go unanswered. Please tell me what to do next and easiest way to get him pardoned?
