Q.

Options after I 539 is denied

My mom's I 539 for extendign her stay is denied on 2/7.

What are our options to appeal? What form to use (I 290A, I 290B or I 694)?

Would her stay be legan if an appeal or MTR is filed? How long is the approxiate processing time for the appeal at CA center now?
