Q.

B1/B2 Visa

I got a 10yr multiple entry B1/B2 visa from American Consulate in Mumbai while working for my past employer (Indian company). I quit the job on Friday of last week and traveled to US on Sunday for a personal visit. The I-94 stamping says B2 and stay is valid till November, 2011 . I got an email from my employer today saying that they have sent a letter to the American Consulate in Mumbai asking the embassy to cancel the visa. I have 2 questions:
1) Can the American consulate cancel my visa solely based on the letter sent by my previous employer in India?
2) what do I need to do if the visa is cancelled (since I am currenly in the US)?
