Q.

B2 Visitor Visa I94

Hello,
My father got Visitor visa approved for 10 years. I want to bring him to US ASAP from India to support my pregnant wife(Nov delivery date and I travel on my Job). I heard that people on visiting visa are given I94 for 6 months. If my dad gets I94 for 6 months, do he has to go out of US after 6 months. Could we request for extension for couple of months on his I94. Please kindly advise.
