Q.

VISITORS VISA

I want to apply for Visitors Visa to get married in US. My dad has green card but mom & sister have overstayed & living in US illegaly. Should I declare them on DS-160? What effect will this have on my application. I went to US before, have not overstayed. But when I reapplied for Visa, I was refused for the reason that I do not have enough economic ties to come back to the Philippines (my country). Now my circumstances have changed I have a Residence Permit here in the UK thru my husband. I have been working here for over 2 years. But i am worried that this is not enough to show financial ties. My husband has the financial assets and properties under his name. Can I submit it as proof? Most importantly Can you please suggest ways to strengthen my application for a Visitors Visa.
