i am an australian with an australian and uk passport, i have 3 drink driving offences in australia the last 2003, and one drink driving offence in usa in 2008. my girlfriend lives in montana and i would like to visit on a regular basis. in jan 2010 i applied twice for a B2 visa and was dinied due to lack of ties to home. i applied again in jan 2011 and was dinied for lying about my drink driving in usa, i was approved for a visa waiver through esta but was removed from the plane before it left australia the airline told me US immagration revoked my visa waiver. i have a child in australia and a job in which i earn best part of 100 grand a year. what are my options if any, thank you.
