Q.

coming back on b1/b2 after l1a denied

Hi Michael here i am again e situation now ...
L1a extension applied on 30th June 2010 L1a i-94 expired on 5th July got an rfe on 2nd august replied to it but got a denial notice on 17th of august i left usa on 28th august NOW i am coming back to usa almost after two months i left because i did not want to jeopardize my future travel,my wife and daughter are still in usa wife doing llm on f1 visa.i am coming on a b1/b2 visa valid till 2012 what should i expect can they turn me back i would be coming to dullas Washington airport ,a lot of posts i read people were turned down because they overstayed there last stay. what do you suggest should i apply for f2 at an embassy or should i come on b1/b2 if that doesn’t make any difference, please i need your advise as i am stuck in the middle :(
