Lost I-94, B2 Visa Extension of Stay
Hi,
I just noticed that my Mom doesn't have the I-94. My guess is that either it was not given to her at Port of Entry, or she somehow lost it (my first impression is that she was not given because usually it is stapled to the passport, which i don't see any indication of). We were planning to request for Extension of Stay for 2-3 months. We have about 20 days for I-94 expiration. Can we file for extension of stay along with I-94 request using i-102 form.
