Fulltime position on OPT with pending H1 application
I'm right now on OPT(till 2010 feb) and H1 application is pending. My client want to hire me as fulltime on OPT. Should there be any problem to my H1 application and my status?
What if I get the H1 approval after the client hired me?
Is there any chance of applying for a new H1 next year from the same client having the H1 applied already through my consultancy?
please give me the possible options to get a fulltime position and wht are the problems and how could I overcome them.
