B2 Visitor Visa Extension Denial
My mother's Visitor Visa extension denied on April 15 2010(decision date), Stamping expired on March 21.
1. How many days can she stay after the denial. Letter says to depart immediately. I have booked ticket on May 3rd (2 weeks from denial letter receipt)?
2. Can she stay for 30 days after the denial?
3. This is her third visit. Will there be any problem if she will come back in March 2011? (as extension was denied)?
4. My father and 2 brothers and in India and she has no intentions to stay here permanently.5. Can we apply for a motion I290b? What are the risks? What are the chances of getting this approved? Do we need to hire attorney?
6. If I290b is denied what are the complications if she wants to come again?
7. Her 10 year multiple entry is valid until April 2012.
