Do I need to extend I-94 for just 2 days for Visitor visa
Dear Sir
My inlaws have a 10 year B1/B2 visa and are presently with us in US. They have an I-94 expiring on 21st April 2010. Their original airline ticket for departure back was on 18th April 2010. Due to the volcanic eruptions at Ireland, they are being forced to overstay by possibly 2 days till all flights services resume. What is the option to avoid action from USCIS that I can explore since the overstay on the
I-94 will be 48 hours
