Q.

Visitor Visa - Departure Date

My mother-in-law came to US in visitor Visa. She has 5 years of multiple Visa but 6 months of authorized stay according to I-94. To make sure, she won't stay over 6 months, we are planning to send her back 1 week before her 6 month stay ends. Do you think 1 week will be good enough time to be safe or we need to send her back couple of weeks before 6 month period ends.
