my son (DOB: 08/12/1990) is on H4 with me in US. He is planning to go India for further studies. We want him to be able to come to me during his vacation time. We have H1B/H4 till oct 15, 2010, I was wondering if
1. I should file for his extension or go ahead and file for visitor visa. My worry for visitor visa is that if for some reason it gets denied then it may jeopardize getting his H4 for another year.
2.Do you have better suggestion for him to be able to come here during vacation time.
3. can I go ahead and file for visitor visa when he is still in US.
