Q.

Visitor Visa for Sister.

Hi,

I am from India. I am on H1 until Feb, 2011. I have been in USA for past 8 years. I want to sponsor my sister and her family for visiting visa to USA. She is 32 years old and has a 7 yrs old son. Can I sponsor for her and her family?

My Brother-in-Law have gone for H1 visa before and got rejected twice. Will that have any impact? What is the best I can do in this situation?
