Q.

B2 Visa

Hello,

1) What supporting documents are required to make the case stronger for sponsoring B2 visa for my aunt as currently I am on H1?

2) I would like to know what are the consequences on the sponsor if the person being sponsored for B2 (Visitor Visa) overstays and resides in the country illegally?

3) Can you please give me the complete details of the implications on the sponsor here in USA? Would it in any way affect their H1 status?

4) I would also like to know if there would be any slightest consequences on the Green card application and Citizenship of the sponsor because of the Visitor overstaying?

I would appreciate if you can provide me a detail answer on even the slightest possibility of negative consequences.

Thanks,
A.D
