extension of B1/B2 Visitor Visa while awaiting I-130/I-485
My parents came to USA on visitor visa on July 18, 2009. I applied for I-130 concurrently with I-485 in the last week of October 2009. Both of them have already under gone biometrics evaluation, though my dad needs to go back on 1/29/2010 for repeat finger printing as there were some issues with processing of his finger printing. They both got the permission to stay until 1/10/2010. Should I apply for their extension or not??
