My wife is willing to pursue a full-time junior resident fellow position in India until she starts her medical residency in Summer 2011, as she doesn't have much to do here in US after her USMLE CS test. In the meantime during these 1.5 years, she would like to use her 10-year mutiple entry visitor visa for her future US visits.

1. Can there be any problem at the port of entry (POE) if she visits US and mentions the purpose of her US visit is to appear for her USMLE Step 3 test (or match residency interviews) and to meet and stay with me for few weeks (not to live with me as it may need H4 visa)?

2. Can there be any future immigration problems when I wish to add her on to my I-485 later, during her residency on H-1?
