Q.

B1/B2 visa

Hi,
My friend has a B1/B2 visa issued by his company. He has not travelled to US with that Visa. He is working in the same company now. Can he use the B1/B2 visa for visiting me? If so, what documents do he need to carry? Will that be a problem for his company? The visa has B1/B2 , Multiple entry and annotation as blank. Do i need to send some invitation letter. I am in L1 visa working here in U.S.
