Q.

Immigration approved but want to come in B2

Father In Law sister who is US Citizen filed immigration petition in 80's and Father In Law got letter from Consulate to attend immigrant visa interview in India in 2005. But he did not act on it as he was not interested (61 years old) and he has misplaced all the docs related to the petition. Now I want to invite him to visit us in USA. Is B2 advisable for him? If not what visa I need to apply for him and what are the docs required? My Wife was not included in immigration petition as she crossed 21 by 2005.
