Entry on B2 instead of H4?
>My fiancee n I hold Indian citizenship. She works in UK on work visa and I work in USA on H1B visa.
>She has traveled to USA couple time this year on B2 visa.
>I am getting married in November 2010. She will not move to USA for 1.5 yrs and we will not have time to get her H4 visa in india.
>We want to visit Hawaii for 1 WEEK after marriage for honeymoon n then she resumes work back in UK and I resume work in USA.
>After marriage we'll come to USA and our port of entry will be New York city or New Jersey.
>She will be entering with B2 visa and I will be entering with H1B visa standing next to her.
QUES:
If asked, will she be denied entry at port of entry if she is on B2 visa instead of H4 visa?
