Q.

L2 VISA SSN

My Wife on L2 Visa has her changed name (after marriage)in marriage certificate and maiden name (before marriage)in passport.We have an affidavit saying both these names are same and signed by the notary in INDIA?

Question is
1)Will it be an issue while i go to apply SSN/EAD.?
